Your skills

  • Proven experience in a similar technical role, preferably in a customer-facing or pre-sales capacity
  • Ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field would be an asset
  • C1 English
  • Technical background, with expertise in relevant technologies, systems, and programming languages

Your tasks

  • Collaborate with requestors to understand requirements, and design technical solutions that address those needs, including creating system architectures and workflows
  • Provide technical expertise during the planning phase, helping to answer technical questions, develop proposals, and assist with the technical aspects of RFPs and RFIs
  • Work closely with the Implementation and Development teams to ensure successful solution deployments and assist in configuring, testing, and troubleshooting technical components as needed
  • Offer post-implementation technical support and troubleshoot issues as they arise and escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate teams for resolution
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continually improve the quality of our solutions and the effectiveness of our demonstrations
