We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Automation Specialist to join our international IT organization. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of professional experience in Python development and automation, with a proven track record of designing and independently setting up end-to-end Python automation infrastructures. This role is central to driving the development, deployment, and maintenance of advanced automation solutions that integrate internal systems with external services via APIs, and that enhance business productivity through AI technologies, especially Large Language Models (LLMs).

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of a robust Python-based automation infrastructure.
• Develop, test, and optimize advanced automation scripts and tools tailored for business-critical workflows.
• Architect and implement workflow automation frameworks, integrating AI-driven components that support both business and IT operations at scale.
• Integrate and orchestrate processes using RESTful APIs from internal and external systems, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Build intelligent automation solutions by integrating LLM-based AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Azure OpenAI), such as natural language processing tools, content generators, and decision assistants.
• Analyze complex workflows, identify opportunities for automation and AI augmentation, and propose solutions that align with business goals.
• Establish and enforce development standards and best practices, including code quality, version control, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing across international teams.
• Ensure compliance with security, data protection regulations, and responsible AI usage throughout the automation lifecycle.
• Continuously monitor, debug, and enhance automation solutions and AI-integrated features, focusing on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
