We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Automation Specialist to join our international IT organization. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of professional experience in Python development and automation, with a proven track record of designing and independently setting up end-to-end Python automation infrastructures. This role is central to driving the development, deployment, and maintenance of advanced automation solutions that integrate internal systems with external services via APIs, and that enhance business productivity through AI technologies, especially Large Language Models (LLMs).

Ensure the creation and implementation of targeted, sustainable and pragmatic L&D content in order to enthuse candidates and colleagues equally
Provide services that satisfy our customers needs to ensure global compliance and sustainability and improve performance
As part of our global talent acquisition team, you will be supporting the recruitment process for international projects
Highlight improvement areas for project success and support Executive Partners to define actions and follow ups, aiming towards growth and profitability
