Your skills

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in software development or automation scripting using Python.
  • Solid experience in workflow automation within mid to large-scale IT environments.
  • Strong understanding of API integration and hands-on experience with Python-based API tools such as requests, FastAPI, etc.
  • Demonstrable experience working with AI technologies, including integration of LLMs via API for automation tasks.
  • Familiarity with software development best practices (version control, CI/CD, code reviews).
  • Background in the automation sector (e.g., RPA, infrastructure scripting, AI-based automation).
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level) – capable of working effectively in an international team.

Your tasks

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Python Specialist with a strong background in scripting and workflow automation. As part of our international IT organization, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining automation solutions that integrate internal systems with external services via APIs. A key focus will include leveraging AI technologies, especially Large Language Models (LLMs), to enhance automation capabilities and business productivity.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using Python.
  • Design and implement workflow automation solutions, including AI-driven automations, that support business and IT operations.
  • Integrate and orchestrate processes using internal and external RESTful APIs.
  • Utilize LLM-based AI services via API (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Azure OpenAI) to build intelligent automation components such as natural language processing tools, content generators, and decision assistants.
  • Analyze existing workflows and identify automation and AI augmentation opportunities.
  • Ensure proper documentation, testing, and deployment of scripts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across international locations
  • Monitor, debug, and optimize existing automation solutions and AI-enhanced features.
  • Maintain compliance with security, data protection, and responsible AI usage standards.
