Your skills
- Proven experience in a similar technical role, preferably in a customer-facing or pre-sales capacity
- C1 English
- Technical background, with expertise in relevant technologies, systems, and programming languages
- BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field would be an asset
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Your tasks
- Collaborate with requestors to understand requirements, and design technical solutions that address those needs, including creating system architectures and workflows
- Provide technical expertise during the planning phase, helping to answer technical questions, develop proposals, and assist with the technical aspects of RFPs and RFIs
- Work closely with the Implementation and Development teams to ensure successful solution deployments and assist in configuring, testing, and troubleshooting technical components as needed
- Offer post-implementation technical support and troubleshoot issues as they arise and escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate teams for resolution
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continually improve the quality of our solutions and the effectiveness of our demonstrations
