Enthuse customers and provide best experience through best in class hardware, software and technical support services
Installation: Assist with unpacking, cable connection, imaging (guided by Generali L2/L3), testing functionality, and removing packaging materials.
Move: Assist with packing/unpacking, relocating equipment within the same site, updating asset records, and testing. Moves outside the site must be coordinated by TCS; HEM will charge for any external transport it performs
Add: Install new hardware (e.g., printers, laptops), test it, and provide asset/configuration data to TCS.
Change: Support hardware upgrades or downgrades, including driver changes.
Decommission: Disconnect, pack, and move retired equipment to collection points, and report asset data to TCS.
Site Inventory: Conduct inventory checks upon request.
Break-Fix: Provide on-site troubleshooting when remote L1 support is insufficient. Act as smart hands for AV equipment in meeting rooms.
