Your skills
- Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring and diagnostic tools
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional technical teams
- Solid understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes
Your tasks
- Serve as the primary communication point for Incidents between Service Desk, other technical teams, and management
- Monitoring and managing the ticketing queue / dashboards (High severity SOC incidents, aging tickets, high reassignment count, high ticket form, etc.)
- Escalate unresolved Incidents with high reassignment count to relevant resolver groups / Incident management
- Validate incident severity and escalate to “Major Incident” if required
- Validate and advise on High Incidents prior to being raised by SD Agents during office opening hours
- Participate in bridge calls - Track resolution progress and escalate delays - Validate Analyst findings (logs, alerts, metrics) - Document resolution activities for reporting and knowledge sharing
