Protect the internal network from outside attacks and monitor it for any breaches or vulnerabilities

Ensure best in class project delivery in line with the SOW ensuring smooth delivery of service, overall customer satisfaction and commercial success
Oversee application support delivery, ensure high service performance, manage incidents and changes.
Monitor SLAs & KPIs and drive service quality improvements
Manage incidents, problems, and change processes
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
Build strong client relationships and act as main escalation point
Identify service gaps and propose optimization initiatives
