Account Director, Account & Bid DsaS

Be the interface between Hemmersbach customers and the internal project management teams, to successfully identify and create new business

Your skills

  • 7+ years of previous working experience (or equivalent) in Account management
  • C1 English
  • “Must-win” mentality
  • Willingness to go the extra mile
  • Highly competitive character
  • High stress resistance, independent in nature, and flexible availability to serve our global client base. Willingness to travel (both domestic and international).
  • Must excel at end-to-end solution development, including creation and delivery of client presentations and bringing deals to closure.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools like MS Office and Teams, SharePoint and Power BI preferred.

Your tasks

  • Establish relationships with assigned accounts, actively create and win new opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Ability to present and defend proposed solution to accounts
  • Analyze customer RFP documents and evaluate all other information to identify the most fitting delivery model
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers identity, needs and requirements in order to win new business
  • Ensure timely follow up of opportunities until closure using Hubspot methodology
  • Drive the overall revenue growth and sales strategy of the company by leading one or more accounts
  • Engage with other teams (Bid-Teams, Marketing, HR, Finance, Legal, Delivery etc.) to develop a clear win approach for each opportunity
  • Provide calculations, offer documents and presentations to accounts
