Your tasks

Manage the process of receiving, inspecting, storing, and shipping equipment in the warehouse.

• Act as the focal point between the international purchasing team, local accounting, warehouse, and clients.
• Ensure proper recording and control of inventory, movements, and stocktaking.
• Coordinate the issuance, inspection, and filing of fiscal documents (inbound and outbound invoices, DANFE, etc.).
• Monitor and report the status of orders, deliveries, and any pending issues to all involved areas.
• Support the accounting team in meeting fiscal obligations and audits.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in logistics and administrative processes.
• Manage conflicts, prioritize demands, and propose solutions for operational bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and current legislation.
• Prepare management reports and operational performance indicators
