Your skills
- Several years of experience in IT account management or a similar client-facing role
- Proven track record in developing and closing deals, especially in global or complex environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- C1-level English proficiency and Native-level/Fluent knowledge of German
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
- High stress resistance and flexibility to serve global clients
- Strong ownership, resilience, and goal orientation
- Willingness to travel internationally (typically twice a month)
Your tasks
- Prospect and develop new customers relationships
- Develop proposals and deliver presentations
- Consult with clients about business issues
- Make actionable and insightful recommendations to clients for new products or services
- Resolve any delivery issues
