Hemmersbach is committed to developing the next generation of IT professionals. Our Technician Academy offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth IT knowledge and hands-on experience while preparing for a rewarding career as a Field Technician.

As a Technician Academy Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive IT training, both online and in-person, to equip you with the skills necessary to excel in a field technician role. Upon successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to be hired as a full-time Field Technician at Hemmersbach.

Responsibilities

• Complete a free online training program covering hardware, operating systems, networks, and troubleshooting
• Participate in a four-week in-person training program in Houston, TX, where you will apply your knowledge in a practical setting
• Develop strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills
• Demonstrate a commitment to professional growth and development

Qualifications

• Possession of a reliable vehicle
• Basic computer skills  or IT interest
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Passion for technology and interest in the IT field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to train in Houston, TX for four weeks
