With our field service technicians, we’re present at hundreds of locations across the country and around the world, ensuring close proximity to our customers and high-quality service delivery. This setup allows our employees to live and work locally while still being part of a global organization.
Our U.S. headquarters is in Houston, Texas, with another major hub in Miami, Florida, where a large part of our operational and administrative work is coordinated.
This footprint enables us to respond quickly and flexibly to customer needs while providing nationwide coverage and support. It also gives our employees the chance to work in an international environment and help deliver innovative IT solutions across a wide range of industries.
You’re a great fit if…
- …you’re passionate about solving problems. Your commitment helps us make a real difference for our customers.
- …you have 2–3 years of experience in IT support (such as printers, HP servers, data centers, or enterprise environments).
- …you’ve worked in technical support or a similar role, with experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
- …you’re comfortable traveling between customer sites (sometimes longer distances) and have a valid driver’s license.
- …you’re available to work a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule.
- …you’re able to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs when needed.
- …you have a valid REAL ID-compliant identification at the time of hire, as required for access to federal customer sites.
- …you’re legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent, unrestricted basis (please note: this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship, including student or temporary work authorization programs).
- …you’re comfortable with an hourly, non-exempt role with a target pay range of $22–$24 USD per hour, depending on experience and skill set.
Your role in action
- You are responsible for IT hardware in the field (PCs, printers, servers, and more)
You independently perform service, maintenance, and repair work on printers, PCs, notebooks, and related IT equipment in enterprise environments. - You ensure SLA compliance and create great customer experiences
Through your solution-oriented mindset and close collaboration with dispatch, you help meet service level agreements while keeping customers satisfied. - You document your work clearly and accurately
You record all service activities in English directly on site using our proprietary ticketing system, ensuring full transparency of your work. - You troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
You analyze and resolve technical problems efficiently to minimize downtime for our customers. - You support enterprise and HP server environments
You work with complex IT infrastructures, including HP servers and data center equipment, ensuring stable operations. - You manage service updates and inventory tracking
You keep systems updated and ensure accurate documentation of parts, equipment, and service progress.

Get off to a great start
From day one, we'll set you up for success. Your onboarding begins at our U.S. headquarters in Houston, Texas, where you'll meet the team, receive your onboarding and equipment, and get familiar with how we work.
To help you ease into the role, you'll spend your first weeks shadowing an experienced Hemmersbach IT Field Service Technician. You'll get hands-on experience, learn your daily responsibilities, and build the confidence you need before taking on service calls independently.
