Your skills
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and professional approach.
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing conflicting priorities and deadlines.
- Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders in an international environment.
- Strong interest in recruiting, candidate experience and talent acquisition strategies.
Your tasks
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions, from hiring request and requirement profiling to offer.
Act as the first point of contact for candidates and provide continuous support throughout the recruitment journey.
Partner closely with hiring managers and specialist departments to define requirements, align expectations and support final hiring decisions.
Source and proactively approach suitable candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and other channels.
Screen CVs, conduct phone/video interviews and participate in personal and client interviews.
Create, optimize and publish engaging job advertisements across relevant platforms.
