Your skills
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role or equivalent relevant experience
- B2 level of English
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Exce
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Your tasks
Maintain and regularly update vendor databases and company records.
Collect, compare, and input vendor pricing and product information into internal systems.
Research and source new vendors to support business development and expand the company’s supplier network.
Communicate with existing and potential vendors to gather information and clarify requirements.
Review order specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Enter and organize data accurately while keeping records up to date.
