Your skills
- 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
- Ability to build relationships
- Excellent time management skill
- Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
- Speak native Japanese with awareness to practice Japanese Working Culture and Business Communications and Manners
Your tasks
- Provide day to day local/remote desktop support
- Handle inbound calls and answer questions
- Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
