Your skills
- Relevant work experience of at least 1 year in a similar role
- Previous experience in customer service or scheduling activities
- A friendly, engaging and pragmatic approach to your work
- Excellent organizational skills
- Team-oriented approach with a proactive attitude
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and administrative tools
- Native Czech language and fluent English

As an Dispatcher, you will you'll coordinate our engineers' schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure timely, high-quality support for our customer
Location: Prague (hybrid)
Your job
Be the contact person for customers and service technicians
Administer and schedule service technicians in the field, taking into account product and customer knowledge as well as temporal and spatial availability
Ensure customer satisfaction through compliance with agreed service level agreements while taking into account high economic efficiency
Handle escalations
Ensure service documentation and update if necessary
