As an Dispatcher, you will you'll coordinate our engineers' schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure timely, high-quality support for our customer

Location: Prague (hybrid)

Your job

• Be the contact person for customers and service technicians

• Administer and schedule service technicians in the field, taking into account product and customer knowledge as well as temporal and spatial availability

• Ensure customer satisfaction through compliance with agreed service level agreements while taking into account high economic efficiency

• Handle escalations

• Ensure service documentation and update if necessary
