Your skills

  • 2-3 years of experience in IT deskside support
  • Working technical knowledge, in order to address service work orders, for PCs, laptops, cabling, televisions, projectors, phones, peripherals and site security equipment
  • Ability to independently problem solve and to provide feedback on new technical processes to help drive efficiency
  • Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products

Your tasks

  • Provide on‑site hardware, software, and mobile device support, including IMAC (install, move, add, change) activities.

  • Support VIP users, R&D/IA teams, and coordinate with third‑party vendors.

  • Manage device deployment, inventory, assets, and depot operations.

  • Maintain IT kiosks, vending machines, printers, and conference room A/V systems.

  • Deliver user onboarding/offboarding, training, and engagement activities.

  • Assist with events, server room proximity support, and optional R&D Lab L3 tasks.

  • Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system.
