Your skills
- Entry-level experience or up to 2 years in IT support, desktop support, or help desk functions
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and standard end-user systems
- Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
- Strong communication and customer service mindset
- Ability to follow process, document work, and learn quickly
- Familiarity with ticketing systems or service request tools preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of basic peripherals and hardware components
Your tasks
– Provide onsite IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
– Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues
– Log, track, and update tickets using standard ticketing systems
– Support installations, configurations, and device setups
– Assist with deployments, rollouts, and user onboarding activities
– Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and documentation
– Escalate complex issues to L2 or senior technicians
– Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
– Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as needed based on customer demand
