Your skills
- 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
- Strong troubleshooting and inventory management skills
- Excellent communication skills with non-technical staff
- Customer-focused and demonstrate a positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven experience in Windows deployment, Microsoft Intune, and ServiceNow.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
Your tasks
Provide day to day local/remote desktop support
Handle inbound calls and answer questions
Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
