Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead and manage a nationwide team of Field Engineers supporting enterprise clients. This role is responsible for overseeing daily service delivery operations, ensuring high-quality technical support, and maintaining strong client satisfaction across multiple locations. The ideal candidate has experience leading distributed teams, driving performance through KPIs, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
