Your skills

C1 English
Advanced MS Office knowledge (especially Excel/ Power Point)
Ability to plan actions and oversee results
3 years of work experience (or equivalent) in managing projects and/or programs
Experience in communication with Stakeholders

Your tasks

• Coordinate and plan outings for the children, ensuring safety and adherence to guidelines.
• Manage logistics, permissions, and any required paperwork for outings.

• Organize and coordinate festive activities and events within the institution.
• Collaborate with educators to plan culturally enriching festival celebrations.

• Coordinating with the educators and reminding them to forward the Weekend activity plan to the team leader.

• Maintain an updated record of the sizes of clothes and footwear for each child.
• Facilitate the procurement of appropriately sized clothing and footwear as needed.

• Take charge of organizing and maintaining all cabinets within the institution.
• Ensure that materials and resources are properly stored and easily accessible.

• Liaise with the hospital to collect and manage bills related to medical services.
• Consolidate the bills of the hospitals and the pharmacy at the end of each month and submit them to the Team Lead.
