Your skills

  • 3+ years of previous working experience (or equivalent) in sales or Bid management
  • Excellent English & Spanish language skills (native/close to native preferred)
  • Critical thinking
  • Customer orientation
  • High level of MS Excel
  • Affinity / experience with AI and automation of bid processes
  • International exposure/experience

Your tasks

  • Analyze project requirements and IT service specifications, review the commercial aspects of the Bid and ensure all products/services are included in the final offer
  • Follow-up on leads, identify new business opportunities and grow accounts
  • Maintain excellent and in-depth knowledge of products and services so to provide superior customer service and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Consistently grow the gross profit and achieve the targets as set out
  • Empower internal teams to improve their performance and reach targets
  • Create pricings and solutions
