– Provide onsite IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
– Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues
– Log, track, and update tickets using standard ticketing systems
– Support installations, configurations, and device setups
– Assist with deployments, rollouts, and user onboarding activities
– Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and documentation
– Escalate complex issues to L2 or senior technicians
– Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
– Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as needed based on customer demand
