Resident IT Technician - Segrate (Milan)

Your skills

  • 2-5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
  • Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and common enterprise applications
  • LAN/WAN and server room equipment’s fundamentals knowledge
  • Familiar with ticketing system
  • Fluent in English and fluent Italian
  • Good organizational skills

Join our company as an L2 Onsite IT Technician to provide advanced technical support to end users at our customers.

What about your responsibilities?

  • Independently resolve on-site incidents and service requests

  • Provide VIP user support

  • Deliver end-to-end Digital Bar / Walk-in centre support

  • Perform meeting room & AV support (Teams, Zoom, other vendor equipment’s)

  • Act as hands-and-eyes support for server / network teams

  • Manage printer and MFP support

  • Support PC refresh activities

  • Manage ticketing system

  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)

  • Local stock management

Location: Segrate (Milano - fully onsite)

Temporary employment contract: 5 months
