You will:
Device installations: assist the clients in installation of the software and initial setting up of the systems
Troubleshooting: identify, diagnose, and resolve issues in computer hardware and software in systems such as Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Mobile devices, Tablets etc.
User support: provide support on applications and systems
Account Management: management of user accounts/permissions
Connectivity issues: basic network support.
Location: Milan area (availability to travel in the area is required - driving license needed)
Employment contract: 1-year fixed-term (with possibility of switch into a permanent)
