The OSS Engineer Level 2 is responsible for providing on-site technical support to end users, ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with SLA requirements. This role focuses on hands-on support, user assistance, and maintaining IT infrastructure stability in a client-facing environment. The engineer will interact closely with end users, including VIP stakeholders, delivering professional, timely, and effective support while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide desk-side and on-site technical support (hardware/software)
Support VIP users, including dedicated assistance and prioritised handling
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents efficiently
Install, configure, and maintain devices and communication tools
Support secure systems (email, USB devices, connectivity solutions)
Assist with virtual meetings, videoconferencing, and events
Provide guidance on equipment, software, and secure communication practices
Support mobility solutions
