Your skills

  • 2-3 years of IT experience (or equivalent)
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills
  • Experience in end-user support and troubleshooting
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required
  • Professional behaviour and strong interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented with a flexible and cooperative attitude

Your tasks

The OSS Engineer Level 2 is responsible for providing on-site technical support to end users, ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with SLA requirements. This role focuses on hands-on support, user assistance, and maintaining IT infrastructure stability in a client-facing environment. The engineer will interact closely with end users, including VIP stakeholders, delivering professional, timely, and effective support while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide desk-side and on-site technical support (hardware/software)

  • Support VIP users, including dedicated assistance and prioritised handling

  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents efficiently

  • Install, configure, and maintain devices and communication tools

  • Support secure systems (email, USB devices, connectivity solutions)

  • Assist with virtual meetings, videoconferencing, and events

  • Provide guidance on equipment, software, and secure communication practices

  • Support mobility solutions
