Your skills

2-3 years of IT experience (or equivalent)
Willingness and capability to perform asset disposal services.
Excellent time management skill
Strong working knowledge of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and assorted peripherals
Strong client-facing soft skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Proactive approach to collaboration and continuous improvement.

Your tasks

Provide day to day local/remote desktop support
Handle inbound calls and answer questions
Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
