Junior IT Technician

Your skills

  • Good English and fluent Italian
  • Basic understanding of endpoint hardware, peripherals and mobile devices
  • 3-6 months of IT experience (or equivalent) in a similar role
  • Foundational troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with ticketing system
  • Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, Office 365, ITSM and other workplace applications and tools
  • Awareness of HAM concepts (asset tagging, CMDB updates)
  • Communicative and supportive attitude

Join our company as an Junior IT Technician with entry-level skills to provide technical support to end users at our customers.

What about your responsibilities?

  • Assist senior technicians through hands-on on-site support activities

  • Handle incidents and service requests with guidance

  • Perform PC and mobile device staging (imaging, enrolment, tagging, testing)

  • Support laptops, desktops, iPhones, iPads and other workplace devices

  • Conduct routine meeting room and AV device check

  • Asset management

  • Support printer-related basic issues

  • Escalate complex issues with proper documentation

Location: Milano (Assago)

Employment contract: 1-year fixed-term (with possibility to move to permanent)
