Your skills
- 2 to 3 years of IT experience (or equivalent)
- Ability to build relationships
- Excellent time management skill
- Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
- This role has a target Monthly Gross Salary range of $35,000.00 – $40,000.00 pesos Mexicanos.
Your tasks
The Onsite Technician is a responsible role based on extensive expert knowledge and experience in direct customer service which is the core of our business. They carry out work for various customers by directly visiting their sites or being permanently assigned to a specific customer at their site and providing relevant technical assistance. They ensure that the delivery of services is in accordance with SLAs and project requirements, that no over-delivery is done and work is logged in appropriate systems. Main responsibilities:

Monitoring Services
Remote Support Services for the region Americas or Global
On-site Support Services for the USA and Mexico
Access Management
INC Management
MINC Management
Service Request Fulfilment
Problem Management
Change Management
Attend and resolving tickets regarding Office 365 questions and inquiries like Configuration, support, troubleshooting. Printers configuration and support
Providing support and troubleshooting for failures in PCs
