Improve customers experiences, through increased efficiency and innovations
Build, improve, and maintain applications using C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
Create and manage integrations with RightAngle (ION), including custom features and services.
Provide advanced support by analyzing issues, finding root causes, and fixing them permanently.
Improve system performance, solve problems, and ensure the system runs smoothly and can grow.
Work closely with business teams, analysts, and stakeholders in an Agile setup.
Write technical documents, guides for deployment, and support materials.
Manage daily system operations, monitor production, and handle issues as they come.
Help with releases, deployments, and managing changes.
Work with teams from different functions and locations worldwide.
