Your skills
- At least 5 years of experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (Ursachenanalyse)
- Excellent time management skill
- Problem solving, Analytical thinking, Customer focus, Resilience
- Deep knowledge of Networks / Vmware / Telephony / Avaya fields
- Very good knowledge and fluency in German and English
Your tasks
- Provide day to day local/remote desktop support
- Handle inbound calls and answer questions
- Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
