Deskside technical support; provide day to day local/remote desktop support
Hardware troubleshooting and coordination with OEMs
IMACD services (Install, Move, Add, Change, Disposal)
Handle inbound calls and answer questions
Hands-and-feet support for Data Centres and Network infrastructure
Meeting room and AV equipment support (On-site technical assistance during meetings etc.)
Infrastructure Support (Assist network teams with physical equipment access)
Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
