Join our company as L2 Onsite IT Technician to provide technical support to end users at our customers site.
Your responsibilities:
Technical support for PCs, laptops, mobile phones, and peripheral devices
Support operating systems and commonly used business applications
Resolve incidents and fulfil service requests
Apply subject matter knowledge to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
Exercise sound judgment when evaluating unique or non-standard situations, providing recommendations when required
Deliver high-quality, client-facing communication—both verbal and written
Participate in projects as needed
Offer feedback on technical processes to improve efficiency
Dispose of devices according to company policy and compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams when advanced or escalated support
Maintain documentation of issues, activities, and resolutions
