Your skills

Good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel, Power Point)
Relevant certifications (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation) would be a plus
Ability to work independently
B2 English
0–2 years of experience in an administrative and/or assistant role

Your tasks

Review reports out of internal and external data sources
Maintain project documentation (e.g. Technician run book, process manuals, project site list and user list)
On- and off-board technicians, including account administration
Distribute Newsletter and Updates and communicate standards, processes & updates to respective project members
Support with Project financials
