Your skills
- This role is a Salary Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $49,000 – $53,000 USD.
- Willingness to drive 50-200 miles per day.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and clean driving record. (mileage reimbursed).
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware architecture and troubleshooting.
- Relevant OEM hardware repair certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- 2+years of experience replacing hardware warranty parts on Laptops, Printers and RPOS.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict SLAs.
Your tasks
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair laptops, desktops, printers, RPOS from most well-known manufacturing brands.
Replace or swap defective components such as motherboards, hard drives, memory, and screens following manufacturer guidelines.
Validate warranty status and adhere to repair protocols.
Document all repairs accurately in ticketing systems.
Track and manage parts logistics.
Verify part delivery at pick-up/drop-off locations or customer site before dispatch.
Communicate professionally with clients to confirm appointments, explain repairs, and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, professional appearance in line with company standards.
Escalate unresolved issues through the appropriate channels promptly.
