Your tasks

Ability to reach out to children and create a relationship of mutual trust
Facilitates the holistic development of the children– physical, mental, and intellectual
Attends to all matters of health, sickness, diet, sanitation and cleanliness
Assists in homework, plans and organizes an education curriculum that makes learning fun, easy and meaningful
Ensures discipline in and around the Hostel as well as an atmosphere of peace and harmony of all the residents
Addresses medical/social and personal emergencies of all children. Accompanies children to the hospital in case of illness or injury
Ensures that children in need of psychologically support are identified and visit a counselling session
Assist in necessary documentation and office work
Ability to conduct Child Committee Meetings, use of technology to impart fundamental concepts
