Provide services that satisfy our customers needs to ensure global compliance and sustainability and improve performance
Supervise a team and ensure all people management related work is completed
Onboard, and develop team members who fit the culture and needs of the department.
Serve as trainer to train new hires on QM processes, tools, and tasks.
Monitor individual learning progress and take corrective actions where necessary.
Foster a culture of responsibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Address performance gaps, including taking difficult but necessary decisions (e.g., replacement discussions) in alignment with department management.
Proven experience leading small teams or readiness to step into a leadership role with a hands-on mindset.
Ability to motivate, support, and develop team members.
Willingness to take responsibility and make tough decisions when necessary.
High sense of ownership and accountability.
Strong background in Quality Management or a comparable field.
Solid understanding of QM processes, documentation, and standards.
Experience in building or scaling administrative
