Onsite level 2 IT support for users with hardware and software problems
As an Onsite IT Support Engineer, you will provide technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, and configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.
Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and operating system issues
You will work independently or as part of a team
Installing, upgrading, supporting, and resolving issues with end-user workspace hardware, such as desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video and conferencing equipment
You will analyze errors, maintain hardware, install/remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD), and manage user accounts via Active Directory
Implementing software and operating systems using SCCM or other deployment technologies
You will document your approach and resolution of issues in a ticketing system
