Administer Microsoft 365 user lifecycle tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and user termination activities.
Create and manage Exchange Online resources such as shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and resource mailboxes.
Manage Microsoft Teams meeting room accounts and collaboration resources
Document incident resolutions, configurations, and procedures while ensuring compliance with security policies.
