Your skills

  • Proven experience in a Level 2 IT support or M365 administration role
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, and Entra ID
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and recommend preventative measures
  • Solid understanding of user lifecycle management (onboarding and offboarding)
  • Experience with incident management and troubleshooting in an enterprise environment

Your tasks

Looking to work in a global environment?

  • Resolve and manage incidents related to Microsoft 365.

  • Administer Microsoft 365 user lifecycle tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and user termination activities.

  • Create and manage Exchange Online resources such as shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and resource mailboxes.

  • Manage Microsoft Teams meeting room accounts and collaboration resources
    Document incident resolutions, configurations, and procedures while ensuring compliance with security policies.
