Your skills

  • Familiarity with ticketing system
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
  • 2 years of IT support experience within large corporations
  • Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and common enterprise applications
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange Online, and identity management
  • Communicative and supportive attitude
  • Good English and fluent Italian

Join our company as an L2 Onsite IT Technician to provide advanced technical support to end users at our customers.

What about your responsibilities?

  • Resolve escalated L2 incidents related to Windows, Office 365, VPN, network connectivity, and business applications

  • Perform device imaging, configuration, and deployment using standard tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM, Autopilot).

  • Support user account management (Active Directory, Azure AD)

  • Support office IT infrastructure

  • Provide day to day local/remote desktop support

  • Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system

Location: Milano (North Milan)

Employment contract: 1-year fixed-term (with possibility to move to permanent)
