Assure the effective functioning of our facilities to provide an clean, efficient and safe working environment for all colleagues and their activities
Supporting the team with all reception tasks and services by serving as a front desk assistant
Assisting with the organization of infrastructure projects—such as maintenance, remodeling, refurbishment, renovation, relocation, and redesign of office spaces and other facilities—in close collaboration with all external vendors involved
Monitoring documentation and creating inventory lists for records such as administrative, technical, construction, and corporate archive management
Preparing price comparisons for the procurement of assets in the facilities sector
Handling billing processes for all internal and external services in the real estate and facilities management sector
Close collaboration with the accounting department regarding billing and invoicing tenants
Close collaboration with the legal department regarding the drafting of contracts, appendices, agreements, etc.
Primary point of contact for tenants
Property management, including the organization and handling of tenant transitions
