– Onboarding, offboarding and entitlements management
– Create Excel-based reports to enable monitoring and analysis of project key performance indicators (KPIs)
– Project progress and quality index monitoring
– Support with Project financials
– Creating proposals for special requests
– Create Project documentation based on standards and keep it update to date
– Identify Improvements for Team standards and Portfolio
– Support BAU Team colleagues with administrative project tasks from our portfolio
– Support to Service Delivery Managers and Team Lead with ad hoc tasks
