• Design, develop, and troubleshoot SharePoint applications tailored to project needs.
• Maintain and enhance the look and feel of SharePoint sites with user-friendly design solutions.
• Standardize and maintain SharePoint templates, documentation structures, and site governance.
• Ensure compliance with departmental standards and best practices

Automation & Workflow Support

• Support and enhance workflows and automation processes.
• Collaborate with teams to assess process improvement opportunities via automation tools.

Team Leadership & Operations

• Oversee daily operations, delegate tasks with clear deadlines, and track deliverables.
• Identify training needs, provide coaching, and conduct refresher sessions as needed.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and ensure productivity
• Ensure clear, consistent communication across the team, stakeholders, and management.
• Support on-boarding and off-boarding activities for team members

Content Management & Communication

• Create and manage internal newsletters, announcements, and team communications.
• Review, update, and manage documentation, templates, and best practices.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date project documentation across all team activities.
