Your skills
- 3+ years of experience in SharePoint development and administration
- Experience with Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Proven leadership experience (min 2 years)—managing small to mid-sized teams or technical project groups.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in documentation management, process standardization, and stakeholder engagement is a plus.
Your tasks
SharePoint Design & Development
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot SharePoint applications tailored to project needs.
- Maintain and enhance the look and feel of SharePoint sites with user-friendly design solutions.
- Standardize and maintain SharePoint templates, documentation structures, and site governance.
- Ensure compliance with departmental standards and best practices
Automation & Workflow Support
- Support and enhance workflows and automation processes.
- Collaborate with teams to assess process improvement opportunities via automation tools.
Team Leadership & Operations
- Oversee daily operations, delegate tasks with clear deadlines, and track deliverables.
- Identify training needs, provide coaching, and conduct refresher sessions as needed.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and ensure productivity
- Ensure clear, consistent communication across the team, stakeholders, and management.
- Support on-boarding and off-boarding activities for team members
Content Management & Communication
- Create and manage internal newsletters, announcements, and team communications.
- Review, update, and manage documentation, templates, and best practices.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date project documentation across all team activities.
