Your skills

  • Experience with SharePoint Online – site creation, layout, content organization, access control and permission management
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate (Flows)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good experience with reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Creative and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and design user-friendly, practical solutions tailored to end-user needs
  • Fluency in English

Your tasks

  • Design, develop, and troubleshoot SharePoint Online applications for technical and admin staff within EUS projects
  • Maintain and improve the look and feel of SharePoint sites and design solutions
  • Standardize and maintain project SharePoint sites, templates, and documentation structures
  • Support Power Automate workflows and process automation across project functions
  • Collaborate with various project teams to understand SharePoint requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Create and manage internal newsletters and team communications
  • Assist with quality monitoring and continuous improvement of the SharePoint environment
  • Review, update, and manage documentation and templates
  • Assist with PMO reporting, dashboards, and status updates using Excel, Power BI or similar tools
