Your skills

3 years of work experience (or equivalent) in project management
Advanced MS Office knowledge (especially Excel/ Power Point)
Strong reporting skills and Ability to plan actions and oversee results
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with solid attention to details which includes ability to draw conclusions from reports and data analysis
Able to support project coordination
Willing to work in a Graveyard Shift
Willing to work in a Hybrid set up 3x a week
1-year contract with the potential to transition to a permanent role, based on performance and business needs.

Your tasks

Set up new processes, identify topics for improvement in existing processes and reassure the quality of the project
Handle difficult customer requests
Coordinate project-related processes according to business standards
Collaborate with both local, central teams and GSDM (whenever needed)
Provide required reports, documentation and instructions
Perform onboarding procedure of new employee (introduce tasks and responsibilities, provide necessary support and knowledge during first months)
