Invoicing Specialist

Your skills
- 3+ years’ experience in international invoicing, billing compliance, or tax operations
- Strong knowledge of VAT/GST, e-invoicing mandates, and cross-border billing rules
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably MS Dynamics 365
- Understanding of hardware logistics and their impact on invoicing and tax
- Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex regulatory environments
- Fluency in English
- German language would be a strong plus
Your tasks
- Ensure compliant invoice creation per local tax, legal, and e-invoicing requirements worldwide
- Design and maintain invoice flows across multiple business models (services, hardware, DaaS)
- Configure and manage billing logic and formats in ERP systems (Internal and MS D365 F&O)
- Collaborate with tax, legal, operations, and logistics to ensure accurate and lawful billing
- Track regulatory changes and translate them into scalable billing process updates
- Support tax audits and ensure invoice-related documentation is audit-ready
