Service Desk Specialist with Portuguese

  • Deep experience (or equivalent) in technical support

  • Good knowledge of the ticketing tool

Your tasks

The Service Desk Agent is a responsible role based on efficient support of end user related to all issues
and requests and help in finding solutions to problems. Their work as an individual and within the
team enthuses end-users day by day. Main responsibilities:

  • Provide remote L1 support to end-users and reply to their request via phone or email in a
    timely manner
  • Analyse and troubleshoot basic technical problems and implement correct resolutions
  • Open, closing & monitor of the incidents in the ticketing system
  • Create and update knowledge articles in Knowledge Base - knowledge specialist
  • Participate/lead in projects for process or quality improvements
  • Work with escalated customers and recommend actions in post incident reviews
  • Review customer feedback related to customer entitlement & case management and
    analysis of statistics related to customer access (phone) & case management.
  • Provide resolution and feedback based on analysis
  • Shadowing for new agents Queue handling
  • Keeping good quality of remote support
  • Following all of the procedures and changes
