Service Desk Agent with English and Japanese

First Person to deal with IT related issues

Your skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or N1)
  • Fast and efficient problem-solving abilities.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in service desk role
  • During the probation period, employees will be required to work in the office until their confirmation

Your tasks

  • Providing IT support to end users located in various locations globally
  • Analysing, troubleshooting and providing fixing solutions for application/OS problems
  • Opening, closing and monitoring tickets in our ticketing system throughout their lifecycle
  • Monitoring ticket timelines (SLAs)
  • Contact with the end users by phone, email and chat
