- 1.5+ Years of experience as a Remote Desktop Technician
- Ticket in System Experience (Service Now)
- English level: B2
- Language: Portuguese Fluent B2-C1
- LAN general knowledge
- O.S.: Microsoft Windows 10/11
Your tasks
- Provide day to day remote desktop support
- Handle inbound calls and answer questions
- Handle chats
- Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
- 1.5+ Years of experience as a Remote Desktop Technician
- Language: Portuguese Fluent B2-C1
- English level: B2
- Ticket in System Experience (Service Now)
- Troubleshooting experience
- Customer orientation
- Good end-user liaison
- Problem solving and decision-making attitude
- Constantly oriented to deliver results
- Availability in working in Team
- Availability in working under pressure
- Ability to work and organize the work without supervision
- Flexibility and cooperative attitude
- Polite behaviour and good manners
- Able to work on own initiative
