Global Operations Support Team Leader

Your skills

  • Previous work experience in international context
  • Ability to motivate others and drive corrective actions
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to proactively support and guide the team in a dynamic, international operations environment
  • MS Office knowledge
  • C1 English
  • Previous work experience in leading teams would be an asset

Your tasks

  • Oversee a team, delegate responsibilities and ensure compliance with department and company standards
  • Monitor and analyze performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Initiate and implement corrective actions when performance issues or service deviations occur
  • Act as a point of contact for ad hoc support to internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and development support to team members to enhance performance and motivation
