Transport Operations Administrator

Your skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in Logistics / Transportation field
  • Fluent communication in English (min. B2 level)
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with different transport modes (road & air)
  • Good knowledge of international transport market (couriers, 3PL)
  • Proactivity and flexibility to take over new interesting tasks
  • Can-do attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Your tasks

  • Coordinate daily transport orders/operations with external partners such as couriers and forwarders across Europe and other regions
  • Support the onboarding and assessment of new transport providers to ensure adherence to established service standards
  • Track and report key transport KPIs, including on-time delivery rates, partner performance, and incident resolution
  • Preparing and updating Excel reports
  • Ensuring the safety in transport of electronic goods.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments, including Customer Service, Warehousing, and Sales
  • Administer and ensure the accuracy of transport documentation, encompassing shipment records, invoices, and compliance certifications.
